Do your services extend exclusively to agents? No. We advertise listings regardless if it's by owner or agent. Our purpose is to generate more interest in you property.
My home is currently listed with an agent, can I also list my property on ShortSign? Yes, and we strongly suggest it. Your agent would be happy to benefit from the extra traffic that we bring to the property. We do not take commissions nor do we speak to interested buyers, so there is no conflict of interest.
Does ShortSign.com take a commission of a sold property? No, we will never take a commission of a property. We are here only to advertise your property to help you sell it in a timely manner.
How many homes have you sold? ShortSign.com has helped sell hundreds of homes over the last couple years. We have had over 400 homes marked as sold as of January 1, 2007. We have been in business since May 1, 2005.
Where does ShortSign.com advertise my property? We currently advertise your property on over 180 web sites such as Google Base, Yahoo, MSN, craigslist.org, backpage.com and many more. We are constantly keeping your listings active and making sure they are always updated and visible. ShortSign.com is always looking for new places to advertise your property. We also have several advertisements in published magazines which are distributed nationally. We offer several of our featured home listings the opportunity to be featured in one of these monthly publications for no extra cost. We do an excellent job of getting your property in the eyes of potential buyers and we will continue to find new mediums to get your property more exposure.
